With our 100% Satisfaction or Gold-Back Guarantee there is no obligation for you when sending us your jewellery.

Within 24 hours after we have valued your gold, we will issue your payment by the method specified by you.

If you decide that you are not happy with the payment, or if you want your items back for any other reason, simply contact us within 10 days of the payment issue date by phone (0117 929 4678) or email (sales@goldtraderuk.com).

Only if you contact us as specified above, will you have an additional 7 days to return the payment to us. We therefore strongly advise you to phone us before returning your payment.

When returning the payment please make sure that you use the same method for returning the payment as for receiving it (i.e. if you received a cheque, send back the original cheque we sent you; if you received a bank transfer, send the money back via bank transfer).

Within 10 days after receipt of your returned payment, we will send your jewellery back to you.
